What locations do you travel?

I specialise in Central West Auckland. I live in Avondale. Locations within 15 minutes drive of the CBD and Avondale are included in the price, additional fees apply for outer CBD locations, which can be negotiated. Parking must be available near your offices or local park.

How intense are the workouts?

Because I use different sized weights and the groups are relatively small, I can adjust the intensity of the workouts to suit the individuals of the group. Sessions will be mostly timed circuit style training with boot camp intervals.

Do you provide nutritional plans or advice? 

For sure. I recommend clients provide a food diary that I can asses and provide feedback. I also offer free exercise programs and nutrition programs for individuals who want to accelerate their progress.

How is payment made. Do we need to pay up front?

No. Payment can be paid per session or up front. Paying individually per person or as a group is also fine. Typically 8-12 weeks, twice a week is standard duration for bootcamps.

How are your bootcamps different than others?

I tend to have smaller numbers than other bootcamps so I can use different types of equipment. I do circuit style training. Other bootcamps seem to involve lots of running backwards and forwards with tons of push ups and burpess in-between.
